Dealing with more remote Superiors

Three things matter when dealing with your boss's Superior(s):

1. Do not make a fool of yourself
2. Do NOT make a fool of your boss
3. Understand the relationship between Boss and Superior

The place to start is therefore to classify the Superior. They come in the following standard types:

• The Reagan
• The Hitler
• The Mao
• The Kruschev
• The Saddam
• The Kennedy
• The Thatcher
